Terms of Service

1. About MezanCash

MezanCash is a digital wallet and money transfer service operated as a registered Money Services Business (MSB) with FinCEN. We facilitate domestic and international money transfers and provide virtual payment cards to our users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MezanCash. By registering, you confirm you are legally allowed to use financial services in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

Federal law requires us to verify the identity of all users. You agree to provide accurate identification documents including government-issued ID, a selfie, and proof of address. We reserve the right to suspend accounts pending verification.

4. Acceptable Use

• MezanCash may only be used for lawful purposes
• Funds may not be used for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering
• You may not use MezanCash to fund illegal goods, gambling, or terrorist activities
• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be suspended
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

5. Fees

MezanCash charges fees for certain services including card issuance, card top-ups, and transfers. Current fees are listed on our Fees page. Fees are deducted automatically and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Virtual Cards

Virtual debit cards are issued subject to a one-time fee. Cards are subject to spending limits and may be suspended if suspicious activity is detected. Card balances are separate from your main wallet balance.

7. Transfers

Transfer times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by recipient banks or third-party processors. We reserve the right to hold or reverse transfers that appear suspicious or fraudulent.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or are required to be closed by law. Funds in suspended accounts may be held pending investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

MezanCash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the balance in your MezanCash wallet at the time of any dispute.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MezanCash after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
